For cross-border payments, lending and card fintechs

The settlement is due now, and the cash is in the wrong place.

Draw a short-term advance in minutes, funded by other fintechs' idle cash and settled straight into your own account. You clear the payment on time without locking up the capital you need to grow. The money never sits with us.

Non-custodial by design. Funds move directly between members.

You are net-payable in a currency you cannot fund fast enough, and the clock is running.

When a settlement, a loan, or a card load is due and the money is not in the right place, you reach for whatever clears it. Every option today costs you either cash or time you do not have.

Bank liquidity lines are slow and dear

You pay to arrange lines that are hard to get, then set them up again separately for every currency you settle in.

Prefunding traps your working capital

Parking your own cash ahead of every settlement means it cannot fund the growth you are chasing.

A demand spike catches you short

When payout volume or loan demand jumps, you need funds in the right currency inside minutes, not next day.

A shared funding network for fintechs

Draw against a balance you already hold. Settle on time. Keep your cash free.

You pledge a balance held inside your own product as collateral, and a funding member with idle cash in the right currency advances the money straight into your account. We coordinate the exchange and record every step. We never hold anyone's money.

1

Pledge a balance

Pledge a balance held inside your own product as collateral for the draw. It stays under your control the whole time.

2

Get matched and funded

You are matched to a funding member holding idle cash in the currency you need. The money moves directly into your own account.

3

Clear, then repay

Complete your settlement, loan, or card load from your account. Repay on the agreed short term, and the collateral hold is released.

Built to the standard your team already expects

An embedded API your treasury or engineering lead integrates, not a portal for manual transfers.
Settlement fast enough that a draw arrives inside the window a payment actually needs.
Open pricing: the fee, the funding cost, and the provider return all shown before a draw is confirmed.
More than one currency corridor over time, starting with one corridor by design.
If you run short of funds

Get certainty the money will clear

Draw against a balance you pledge inside your own product. The advance settles into your account, so you never prefund a corridor with your own cash again.

If you hold idle cash

Earn a return on cash that sits flat

Fund other members' short-term draws and earn a disclosed return, while your money stays inside your own product and under your control.

Where we are, and what we are proving first

We would rather be straight with you than promise something we have not run yet. Liquidity Rails is opening its first corridor with a small group of members, and we are building in the open with the people who feel this problem every week.

Non-custodial by design

Funds move directly from the funding member into your own account. The platform never takes possession of anyone's money.

You choose who you deal with

Both sides accept real exposure to each other, so each member approves the counterparties it will fund or draw from before any money moves.

Every step on the record

Each draw is logged so both sides can show, after the fact, that money moved directly between two members and never through us.

Worked example

A scenario to show the flow, not a completed transaction.

A payments fintech is net-payable USD 120,000 today and cannot fund it in time. It pledges a held balance as collateral and requests a draw. A funding member with idle USD is matched, and the money lands in the fintech's own account within minutes. The payout clears on time. Three days later the fintech repays, and the funding member earns the return that was shown up front.

Straight answers to the first questions

Does Liquidity Rails ever hold my money?

No. The network coordinates the draw and records each step, but funds move directly from the funding member into your own account. We are non-custodial by design.

What do I pledge as collateral?

A balance you already hold inside your own product. It stays under your control and is only claimable if a draw is not repaid on the agreed term.

How is pricing shown?

Every draw shows three numbers before you confirm: the platform fee, the funding cost, and the return the funding member earns. Nothing is charged until money moves.

Which currencies can I draw in?

We are starting with one corridor by design so we can prove the loop end to end with real members. We plan to add corridors as the network grows. Tell us the currencies you settle in when you request access.

Who funds the draws?

Other member fintechs and treasuries with idle cash in the right currency. Each side approves the counterparties it will deal with before any funds move.

Request access to the network

Tell us about your company and how you plan to use the network. We review each member before any funds move, because every side approves who it will deal with.

  • Non-custodial. The platform never holds your money.
  • You choose who you fund and who funds you.
  • Every step recorded for both sides.
